STANDARD

All international orders are shipped via EMS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX. We aim to have your order with you within 5-10 working days from the time you place your order for all European & US addresses and 2-5 working days for all Asian Orders. Some countries might take longer time.

Please note INTERGRAVITY is not able to deliver to PO Boxes. 

DELIVER TO STORE

We are building our retail point network and you will be able to collect our product in the retail points soon. 

BESPOKE AND PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

If you have pre-ordered an item it will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock. 

MADE TO ORDER

Due to their bespoke nature, Made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 12 weeks, made to order is  non-refundable & non-exchangeable. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange.

For HK order, exchange can be dropped off in our office. 

For International order, exchange can be sent within 7 working days. 

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Exchange & Returns Policy.

Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund.

RETURN POLICY

  • Wherever possible, to ensure your return is processed quickly, please send all the items you wish to return from the same order in one parcel.

  • Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

  • Discounted and Tailoring items are not able to return/exchange 

  • Bedding item is not able to return/exchange due to hygiene concern

  • Refund is only allowed for damage/defect product without any available stock replaced

HOW TO BOOK A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  1. Send an email to intergravity@qq.com 

  2. Provide info of order number, item code, reason for return/exchange, receival date, preferable size for exchange. We will reply your email within 3 working days.

  3. Carefully pack your returns including the preprinted returns note.

  4. Notice us by email the shipping method & tracking code.

  5. If you have requested an exchange we will notify you once your new item has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.

RECEIVING A REFUND

For shipments delivered, all items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to the original purchaser’s account, excluding sales taxes & delivery charges.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
